Douglas T. Beiswenger

Douglas T. Beiswenger is Managing Partner of LBG Real Estate Companies, LLC. Doug has 17 years of real estate development experience, as a principal, managing all facets of real estate development, including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing, syndications, management and sales. Doug is currently Managing Partner of Allied Retail Partners, LLC and its affiliated entities. Doug has developed retail, office, high density residential, and mixed use projects containing retail, office, and residential uses in Southern California. Doug has also acquired existing properties for investment and redevelopment. Doug’s extensive retail development experience ranges from single tenant buildings to large regional shopping centers, in many types of real estate markets, with major national retailers ranging from restaurants and boutiques to big box tenants.

Prior to forming Allied Retail Partners, LLC in 2002 with David Goldman, Doug was President of Paragon Realty Enterprises, Inc. (1998-2001) and Vice President / Partner of Calstar Equities, Inc. (1994-1998). In these roles, he developed retail, residential, and office projects in urban infill markets in Southern California for a total value of approximately $100 million. Doug received his Bachelor of Science, Finance, Real Estate and Law from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA.
