Jenny Tran

Jenny has over 23-years of accounting experience with a focus on real estate businesses with broad-based proficiency in consolidations, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, 10+ years in private companies in the real estate investment, development, property management and finance field. She also serves as the fund controller of LBG Adaptive Reuse Partners, LLC.

Prior to joining LBG, she served as the Vice President of Accounting for 1st Commercial Realty Group in Upland, CA, which included responsibilities to LBG for its Hilltop Mall holding.  Previously, she held senior accounting and controller roles at Daymark Realty Advisors, Grubb & Ellis, Triple Net Properties; MBK Real Estate, a division of Mitsui & Co.; and StorAmerica, LLC

She holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the California State University at Los Angeles.
