Breck Baird

Breck Baird is an assistant project manager and financial analyst at LBG Real Estate Companies, LLC. Prior to joining LBG, Breck worked in asset management for an affordable housing developer in San Francisco. He also has experience in project management for a real estate developer of market rate, high-rise, multi-family housing. And, before working in real estate development he spent ten years at several prestigious architecture firms with project experience in commercial, healthcare, justice and laboratory building types.

Breck is a licensed architect in the state of California and is a LEED accredited professional. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, a Master of Architecture degree from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University, as well as a certificate in construction management from UC Berkeley Extension.
