David S. Goldman
David S. Goldman is Managing Partner of LBG Real Estate Companies, LLC which was formed with Doug Beiswenger and Leslie Lundin in 2010. David has 35 years of broad commercial real estate experience that includes all aspects of property acquisition and development, site selection, entitlements, leasing. financing, marketing and corporate strategy. David currently maintains primary responsibility over all aspects of leasing and marketing of LBG’s existing investments and developments. A strong believer in entrepreneurship. David has started or participated in the origination of four real estate companies in his career. David’s extensive leasing experience has resulted in the formation of exceptional relationships with many national retailers ranging from big box tenants (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wal Mart, Target, Kohl’s) to supermarkets (Vons, Ralphs. Albertsons, Whole Foods) to mid-size tenants (Best Buy, PetSmart, Staples, Petco, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond) to many smaller retailers and restaurants.
Prior to LBG, David was a Managing Partner of Allied Retail Partners, LLC, a retail development company which was formed in 2002 with Doug Beiswenger. Previously, David was President of Goldman Retail Associates, a commercial real estate firm specializing in the leasing, investment and development of shopping centers throughout Southern California. In addition to completing numerous shopping center development and investment transactions as a principal, Goldman Retail Associates was the largest Rite Aid surplus store broker in the United States, successfully completing in excess of 50 sublease transactions over a 4-year period.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with Majors in Marketing and Management of Entrepreneurship and Minor in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
